Termico Private Certification Services can issue you with a Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC) so you are able to submit for a Certified Building Permit with the Local Government/Permit Authority. This saves you valuable time when obtaining Building Permit and we offer an easy, approachable, fast and reliable service where our clients are our primary focus.
The Building Act 2011 and the Building Regulations 2012 regulate the building permit application process in WA. These regulations state that builders in Western Australia must obtain a Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC) from a registered building surveyor before they can obtain a building permit and commence work.
Termico Private Certification Service is a private building surveying and certification consultancy. Termico can provide certification services for residential projects throughout the State for both registered and owner builders.
